We take great care to ensure that each jewelry piece you receive reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and elegance. However, we understand that unexpected issues can occasionally occur.
Here’s everything you need to know about our refund and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

  • Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled or modified, as each piece is carefully prepared and packaged for dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Severe Damage During Shipping (Sterling Silver Jewelry Only)

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, we will issue a full refund for the product (excluding packaging materials such as boxes or covers).

  • A clear unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory for claiming the refund.

  • Claims made without an unboxing video cannot be processed under any circumstances.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will rectify it by offering either a replacement or a refund.

  • To verify your claim, please share photos/videos of the product, package, and invoice.

  • In case of an incorrect item, the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement to be issued.

  • Once verified, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days and credited to your account within 10–12 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Please ensure that all size selections (for rings, bangles, etc.) are accurate before placing an order.

  • ILAAURA does not take responsibility for incorrect sizing provided by customers.

  • We recommend using a ring sizing app or guide to confirm your measurements before purchase.

Damages & Issues

We strongly advise you to inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage, defects, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@silverempire.in with your order number and proof (video/photos).
Our team will assess your request and resolve the issue promptly.
